Ground maintenance
Caribbean Industrial Park guarantees the general administration of green areas, street lighting, landscaping, and other common areas.
Garbage collection
We subcontract the services of a private company for an effective and punctual garbage collection. Pick-up is carried out Monday through Friday, twice a day.
Security
Access to the park is monitored by a modern closed circuit system that provides 24-hour perimeter security and gate control.
