Communication

Our infrastructure integrates internationally renowned communication service suppliers such as American Movil (CODETEL) and France Telecom (Orange), market leaders in voice and data technology, which provide national and international coverage. Codetel has installed fiber optic lines at the two main entrances to the park. TRICOM and CODETEL provide Internet services through dedicated lines.

On-site customs and CNZFE (National Free Zones and Export Council)

Our clients have the ability to have an on-site customs office with experienced personnel and a branch office of CNZFE (National Free Zones and Export Council)).

Banking

Different financial institutions offer their services through ATMs strategically located. Banco Popular and Banco de Reservas are two of them.

Cafeteria

The cafeteria, suitable for 600 people, serves different menus at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Food is processed under strict norms of health and hygiene.

Heliport

Our private heliport, monitored by the International Airport of Cibao, operates on the morning schedule.

Medical assistance

We have an on-site primary health care center available for cases of emergency.

Heavy-vehicle parking

We have a wide parking lot specially designed for heavy vehicles such as trailers, containers, and trucks, with the capacity for 30 units, making easier loading and unload of cargo.
