As the only private park in the Northern Region with a branch office of the Consejo Nacional de Zonas Francas de Exportación (National Free Zones and Export Council), clients can obtain, inside the park, visas and export permits for merchandise to facilitate the continuous flow of air and sea freights.

We are authorized by the General Directorate of Customs to install, in surrounding areas, buildings that may function as a fiscal warehouse, a re-exportation warehouse, a bonded warehouse for re-exportation, and a cargo consolidation warehouse. Our clients benefit from fiscal exemptions granted by the law Ley ZZ.FF.
